计划资格
您必须满足以下要求，才能符合Kimber系列保险的资格，
申请时年龄在17至45岁之间。
持有有效护照，F-1， M-1或J-1签证，以及有效的I-20或DS-2019表格。
If previously covered by WellAway, this policy must offer the same or less coverage than your prior WellAway policy.
Marriage to a U.S. citizen and eligibility for status adjustment ends plan eligibility.
Be a non-U.S. citizen or a third-country national student needing worldwide coverage, and a full-time undergraduate or graduate student actively attending classes at an accredited institution.
Maintain coverage for the entire period you actively attend classes, as required by your educational institution
If under 18, a parent or guardian must complete necessary forms and sign the application.
Reside outside your Home Country.
Be in good health and not undergoing medical treatment or confined to a hospital on the policy's effective date.
If eligible as a dependent under another policy, you may only be covered once.
