If a flight to Miami is redeemed, the redeemer must provide three travel dates. Kimber Health will attempt to fulfill one of the three travel dates to the best of its ability. Kimber Health reserves the right to select the airport of departure, the airline, and the time of departure. Only the price of the flight will be covered, and the cost of carry-on/checked baggage, seat selection, priority passes, lounges, and travel insurance will not be covered. Flights must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance of departure.
