2024 is a new year filled with aspirations and fresh beginnings. We understand the allure of New Year's resolutions — those promises we make to ourselves to embrace healthier habits and strive for better well-being. Yet, we also recognize the challenge of maintaining these promises, especially when it comes to fitness.

Keeping yourself accountable to your health goals isn’t always easy. That’s why our Essential Plan includes a gym membership reimbursement program!

Eligibility

You're eligible for reimbursement when attending the gym or participating in fitness classes. This includes fees or subscriptions for online classes as well! The chosen gym or program should also prioritize cardiovascular wellness — meaning that to be considered eligible, they must provide at least two cardiovascular wellness-promoting equipment or activities.

Reimbursement Benefits

For each plan year, you can receive reimbursement of up to $400. That is $200 for each six-month enrollment period, as long as you have an active gym membership and a total of 50 visits (only one visit per calendar day will count). Please note that lifetime membership fees are ineligible for reimbursement.

Steps for Reimbursement

Pick an eligible gym/program/class.
Visit/attend at least 50 times in six months.
Gather the necessary paperwork. This includes...
A copy of your current gym bill, showing the monthly cost of your membership;
Proof of payment for each of the six months you are submitting for reimbursement (e.g., a paid receipt from the gym, or bank statements). Be sure to block out any account numbers or personal information not related to your gym payment.
Complete the form at the bottom of this page, and make sure to have it signed by a gym representative or instructor. Reimbursement will be processed after a period of six months, regardless of if you complete 50 visits earlier. Please refrain from submitting your form until the conclusion of the period.
