The Carry



A highly motivated person who often takes on more than their share of the work. They are dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome and are willing to put in the extra effort to ensure success. They often bring energy and enthusiasm to the project.

However, their strong work ethic and drive for perfection can sometimes lead to challenges within the group dynamic. Dealing with a slacker can be frustrating, but it's important to address the issue early on. Some strategies include setting clear expectations, assigning specific tasks, and meeting regularly throughout all parts of the project.


The Diva



Demanding, insists on their own way, and creates tension within the group. Their behavior can disrupt the group dynamic and hinder progress. Strategies for working with them include setting boundaries, addressing issues directly and immediately when they arise. Additionally,emphasizing the importance of teamwork and the shared goal of the project can help remind them of their role within the group and encourage more cooperative behavior.


The Conflict Resolver



Skilled at resolving conflicts and maintaining harmony within the group. They are often able to diffuse tense situations and ensure that everyone's voices are heard. Having a conflict resolver in the group can help prevent conflicts from escalating and ensure that the project stays on track.
